An exciting new dining experience has arrived in Derby

Popular Tea and Coffee hotspot, Elements Tea and Coffee House, have teamed up with Incognito Dining to offer a fun new eating experience for Derby foodies.

With a fast-growing reputation for serving the best coffee in Derby, Elements Tea and Coffee House, located on Victoria Street in Derby, is run by husband and wife team Peter and Stephanie Marris.
The independent Derby business is now looking to enhance it’s offering to Derby connoisseurs further by transforming into a restaurant every Friday and Saturday night.
Peter Marris, Co-Owner explains: “As well as being Tea and Coffee nuts, we are massive foodies. So, when we were introduced to Incognito Dining by a customer, we were blown away by the incredible dishes paired with the fun, relaxing atmosphere. After hosting Incognito Dining for a series of pop-up dining evenings, they were such a success we decided to make them a permanent fixture.”
The current menu includes a Waldorf salad served with goats cheese and Peach Melba with Lemon Verbena. After recently obtaining a licence, the new evening menu will be complimented by a carefully selected range of drinks, including Real Ales made by Derby based Dancing Duck Brewery.
Chef and Incognito Dining Owner Joe said: “I was excited to work with the team at Element’s as they shared my passion for uncompromising quality enjoyed in a relaxed, friendly environment. Incredible food needn’t be stuffy! The eclectic and modern menus will take inspiration from the fabulous ingredients provided by some of the Derby’s best suppliers.”
The dining evenings will be taking place every Friday and Saturday evening at Elements Tea and Coffee House. The seven-course menu is priced at £45 per person. Tickets can be booked at https://www.resdiary.com/restaurant/incognitodiningelementsderby.
Peter Marris adds: “Stephanie and I have always loved discovering new flavours and eating experiences, so it’s great to be able to share this new dining concept with our fellow food lovers across the region.”
